KAN Logistics Park is een nieuw, toekomstgericht project op een toplocatie voor bedrijven met een behoefte aan veel oppervlakte. Het wordt in twee fasen opgeleverd. Het gebouw biedt in totaal 63.000 m² magazijn- en logistieke ruimte en wordt gebouwd op industrieterrein Pannenhuis strategisch gelegen tussen Arnhem en Nijmegen. De locatie biedt perfecte verbindingen met de rest van Nederland, Duitsland en andere Europese landen.
