Frasers Property Industrial completed the glass storage facility in 2016 and was Queensland’s first 6 Star Green Star Design & As Built facility. The 30,212 sqm warehouse located at Yatala Central is the largest facility for Visy Glass in Queensland.

Beaulieu Australia is one of the largest carpet manufacturers in the country with the 22,504 sqm facility at Yatala Central acting as their Australian Head Office. Completed in 2017 with 1,048 sqm office space, the manufacturing facility delivers approximately 5 million sqm of product per annum.

Reward Hospitality, Australia’s largest distributor of hospitality and catering products moved into their brand new 13,643 sqm head office and distribution centre in April 2019. The facility boasts a large showroom area, ample staff amenities including end-of-trip facilities, bike storage, two kitchens and an outdoor breakout space.

Existing customer CTI/GMK Logistics will be the final customer at Queensland’s Yatala Central. The state-of-the-art distribution facility will comprise of 22,068 sqm warehouse and 507 sqm of office space.

Completed in 2018, Schutz Australia’s purpose-built reusable packaging systems facility comprises of 6,492 sqm Warehouse and 663 sqm of office space.

Oji Fibre Solutions 22,550 sqm warehouse was completed in 2017. The manufacturing facility has 1,134 sqm of office space and includes a 1,354 sqm awning.
