The estate has a significant ‘open space’ management and rehabilitation plan for the development and the local community. Our innovative sustainability initiatives include 130 bird nest boxes for native birds and wildlife, as well as planting over 1,100 trees and 115,000 shrubs and plants. Frasers Property also delivered approximately 12 hectares of native woodland beside Halfway Creek at the estate’s eastern border back to the City of Gold Coast Council.
