Frasers Property Industrial has confirmed two new leases totalling 35,000 square metre s in South East Queensland, as demand for its high-quality facilities and leading estates continues.
One of these deals is a five-year lease with one of Australia's largest fourth-party logistics (4PL) companies, efm Logistics, who has committed to a five-year lease on an 18,427 square metre facility at SC1 Archerfield in Archerfield. The new lease takes the Archerfield estate to more than half committed.

An existing customer of Frasers Property Industrial, efm Logistics will occupy one of the two facilities available at the 70,823 square metre SC1 Archerfield, in addition to the company's Frasers Property facilities at Rubix Connect in Melbourne and Seven Hills in western Sydney.
At the 60-hectare Premium Estate Vantage Yatala in Yatala, Australia's largest privately owned agriculture distributer, PFG Australia has committed to an 8,727 square metre speculative facility to support the company's growing international operations and continued expansion in Australia.

Both new facilities are targeting a 5 Star Green Star Design & As-Built v1.3 rating from the Green Building Council of Australia. They will have solar photovoltaic systems and rainwater capture and reuse systems connected to landscape irrigation and bathroom amenities. They will also have extensive landscaping use of native plants to support biodiversity, electric vehicle charging bays, secure bicycle parks, 100% LED lighting, end-of-trip facilities for staff and energy-efficient air conditioners.
