IVE Group at Rubix Connect

ASX-listed, IVE Group, has pre-committed to a long-term lease at our Rubix Connect estate in Melbourne’s south east, marking our sixth transaction with them since 2014.

 

The purpose-built facility will span a total site area of 52,097 sqm, featuring a 32,002 sqm warehouse and 700 sqm of office space. The facility will include a drive-around hardstand, six recessed loading docks, 17 on-grade roller shutter doors and 228 car parking spaces.
