UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence 2021

03 DECEMBER 2021

Frasers Property Industrial has been recognised at the UDIA NSW Development Awards for Excellence.

Jaycar Electronic’s cutting-edge facility at Eastern Creek Business Park won the Best Business or Industrial Park award – a reflection of our innovation, sustainability and excellence in urban development across New South Wales.

Frasers Property Industrial successfully completed its first high bay facility at Eastern Creek Business Park in west Sydney’s Eastern Creek Industrial Precinct in March 2020. The facility features 21,688sqm of floorspace that soars up to 25.5m in the dedicated high bay section that is capable of a 20,0000 pallet capacity. The innovative design is double the height of standard Australian warehouses.

A highly engineered slab was designed by Frasers Property Industrial to withstand 29 tonnes from the automated pallet storage and retrieval system. Proven high bay success is tipped to spark a building trend in the industrial development industry.

Nu-Pure Beverages' bespoke operations facility at The Horsley Park Estate was also a Finalist, a great achievement for Frasers Property Industrial.

Congratulations to Jaycar and the Frasers Property Industrial team, as well as Frasers Property Australia who won: Design category – Nautilus at The Waterfront, Shell Cove and Residential Subdivision – Putney Hill, Ryde.
