Frasers Property Industrial hosts event at The Anchor in Lelystad, The Netherlands

07 June 2024

We recently celebrated the construction progress at The Anchor in Lelystad in The Netherlands.

Our general contractor Goldbeck recently began construction of this 36,402 sqm facility which is comprised of two units featuring warehouse, mezzanine and office spaces. We’re excited to share that the final pole has now been placed!

During our special celebration, we heard updates from Vincent Vierwind from Goldbeck, Derek Verlee and Michel Gertzen. We were also joined by alderman Dennis Grimbergen from Lelystad Municipality. Rosan op den Kelder from Staatsbosbeheer also attended and kindly accepted our 5000 euro charity donation. Thank you everyone for joining us!

Strategically located with direct access to the motorway, the new facility at The Anchor is scheduled to be completed in Q4 of this year.
