Three facilities completed at Rubix Connect

17 October 2023

Our Victorian team have recently completed three adjoining facilities at Rubix Connect in Melbourne’s southeast.

The new 66,686 sqm development is home to a line-up of well-known brands including Melbourne-founded homewares company Décor Corporation, Australian furniture and homewares retail chain, Freedom Australia, and an online global trading company.

The three facilities include over 39,539 sqm of warehouse space, 2,340 sqm of office space, 12 on-grade roller doors and 20 recessed loading docks to meet the three businesses’ manufacturing and logistics needs.

The sustainability features include rainwater harvesting, solar photovoltaic panels, energy efficient sensor lighting and solar-heated hot water, and are all targeting 5 Star Green Star Design & As Built v1.3 certified ratings from the Green Building Council of Australia.

Thank you CIP Constructions and our three customers for partnering with us.

Welcome to Rubix Connect.
