KAN Logistics Park stage 1 completion

30 May 2023

The first construction phase is almost complete for our state-of-the-art KAN Logistics Park in Bemmel, the Netherlands, strategically located near the German border. Designed with modern amenities and equipped with the latest technology, the 10-ha estate is set to be an industry-leading example of a sustainable brownfield logistics development.

The warehouse can be divided into two units, measuring 14,100 sqm and 15,754 sqm, and will be ready this July. Each unit also features 540 sqm of office space and generous parking and mezzanine areas.

The development is targeting a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ certification on completion, featuring photovoltaic systems for renewable energy and low carbon emissions. The site also includes ample green spaces.
