Breaking ground at Germany's flagship project The Tube, Düsseldorf

07 December 2023

Christmas came early for Frasers Property Industrial as the team in Germany celebrated breaking ground on its flagship project The Tube in Düsseldorf this week, with local councillor Mrs. Cornelia Zuschke in attendance.

To get into the festive spirit, we transformed the site into a Christmas wonderland with seasonal decorations and Christmas nibbles. We also presented children's cancer organisation Löwenstern e.V. with €5.000 donation, which was handed over to chairwoman Stephanie Schuster and Dr. Friedhelm Schuster, senior doctor at the University Hospital (UKD) in Düsseldorf.

Following an extensive sustainable demolition, the event marked the beginning of the next phase of the project where Frasers Property Industrial will be working closely with GOLDBECK International GmbH to bring the vision of the 74,000 sqm multifunctional industrial and commercial park to life.

Congratulations to all involved.
