Construction commences at KAN Logistics Park in the Netherlands

17 October 2022

Construction has started for Frasers Property Industrial’s 63,000sqm state-of-the-art KAN Logistics Park in Bemmel, Netherlands, with piling of the site recently completed. As we undertake further foundation works and build steel structures, careful consideration is being taken to ensure the KAN Logistics Park is an industry-leading example of how to sustainably regenerate a brownfield site.

In collaboration with building partners Hercuton and Over Engh Vastgoed, KAN Logistics Park will consist of four warehouse units, developed in two construction phases. Two units with a total area of approximately 29,900 sqm, an office area of almost 1,100 sqm and a mezzanine floor of about 2,400 sqm will be available by Q3 2023. The final two units totalling 26,800 sqm, along with an additional office and mezzanine, is expected to be completed in 2024.
