CTI Logistics & GMK Logistics opens facility at 4Ten Epping

25 June 2024

We recently welcomed Australian flooring logistics supplier GMK Logistics, a subsidiary of CTI Logistics, to their new 27,636 sqm state-of-the-art distribution centre at our Premium Estate 4Ten Epping in Melbourne’s north.

The distribution centre is purpose built and includes full drive around access via dual hardstands and two double-storey offices, which will support the company in storing and distributing their flooring products.

The inauguration of this facility was marked by a Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony performed by the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung Cultural Heritage Aboriginal Corporation, along with speeches from GMK Logistics’ CEO, Derek Lightfoot and our General Manager Victoria Andrew Hanna.

Thank you to GMK Logistics and CTI Logistics for partnering with us, builder CIP Constructions and everyone involved in the project.

A big welcome to our customer to 4Ten Epping!
