Construction begins in Aviation Valley in Netherlands

13 February 2024

We recently celebrated the start of construction of our newest addition to the Dutch portfolio – Aviation Valley in Maastricht, with a groundbreaking event at the site.

The environmentally friendly distribution centre will be built to achieve BREEAM Very Good certification and is scheduled for completion in November 2024.

The new facility comprises approximately 13,000 sqm of warehouse and ancillary office space and is fully leased to Maastricht Logistics Services (MLS) B.V. Services, having committed to a 10-year lease.

Working with our partner Willems Bouwbedrijf BV, the project will deliver a high-quality industrial facility in an established logistics region in the Netherlands.

Aviation Valley was acquired by Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT) in November 2023
